Sansāra Nāga

Sansāra Nāga ( Japanese サ ン サ ー ラ ・ ナ ー ガ for Sanskrit Samsara Naga ) is a video game series produced by Victor Interactive Software and distributed exclusively in Japan. The first part of the series was released on March 23, 1990 for the Nintendo Entertainment System , the 8-bit video game console from Nintendo. Four years later, Sansara Naga 2 appeared for the 16-bit Super Nintendo console and finally in 2001 the remake Sansāra Nāga 1 × 2 for the Game Boy Advance . The games are role-playing and are similar in handling to Dragon Quest , Pokémon or Earthbound .

The character designer was Tamakichi Sakura .

The soundtrack for Sansāra Nāga was composed and arranged by Kenji Kawai . One of the interpreters was Rei Sakuma . The Sansara Naga 2 soundtrack was released by Victor Entertainment in 1994.

Sansāra Nāga

Sansāra Nāga , the first in the series, was published on March 23, 1990. It takes place in India in the Vedic Age and mixes this with Japanese folklore such as the legend of Umibōzu .

Sansāra Nāga 2

The game was released on July 15, 1997.

Sansāra Nāga 1x2

The magazine Famitsu rated the remake with 30 possible 40 points. It was published on November 14, 2001 with a new edition on February 16, 2006.
