Santa Bárbara de Padrões is a place and a municipality Freguesia in Portugal in the district of Castro Verde in the Baixo Alentejo with an area of 66.3 km² and 943 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The population density is 14.2 inhabitants per km².
The municipality includes the largest copper mine in Europe, Mina de Neves Corvo . More than 1000 employees work here and the company is the largest employer in the district of Castro Verde.
The Igreja de Santa Bárbara de Padrões church is one of the local attractions.
