Santa Subito is an Italian documentary from the year 2019 by director Alessandro Piva . The music for the film was conceived and composed by Mattia Vlad Morleo .

The film deals with the fate of Santa Scorese, a young woman from Bari , who was murdered by a man in 1991 after harassing her with letters and following her for a long period of time. Despite multiple complaints to the police, they did not take action against stalking due to a lack of legal action . Scorese recorded her experiences in a diary. She was a strict believer and is being considered for canonization by the Catholic Church . Alessandro Piva learned of the case through a public speech by her sister. He interviewed friends and relatives of the victim and let her talk about Santa Scorese as if she were still alive and planning her future.

Santa Subito was produced by Alessandro Piva's company Seminal Film, funded by the Fondazione Apulia Film Commission.

The film won the Audience Award (Premio del Pubblico BNL) at the Rome Film Festival 2019.
