Career
society
The 1.83-meter-tall offensive player Álvarez was at least in 2005 in the squad of the then second division Racing Club de Montevideo . In the 2005 season he scored three goals in the Segunda División and played at least three games.
National team
Álvarez was a member of the Uruguayan U-17 team coached by Gustavo Ferrín . With this he took part in the U-17 World Cup in 2005 . In the course of the World Cup tournament he was used twice (no goal).
