Santiago Gáspari , full name Luis Santiago Gáspari Vázquez , (born July 18, 1994 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.84-meter-tall midfielder and offensive player Gáspari played from 2008 to 2011 and again from 2009 to 2011 for Juventud Unida de Libertad. He was then a member of the Nacional Montevideos youth team from 2011 to 2012 . From 2012 to 2014 and again from 2015 to 2016 he was back in the ranks of Juventud Unida de Libertad. In between he was active in 2014 for the reserve of Club Atlético Rentistas . In 2016 he moved to the Montevideo Wanderers . There he made his debut in the Primera División on September 17, 2016 , when he was placed in the starting line-up by coach Gastón Machado on matchday 4 of the 2016 season in a 1-1 draw against Racing Club de Montevideo . During the 2016 season he was used ten times (one goal) in the league and twice (no goal) in the 2016 Copa Sudamericana . In the current 2017 season he has not yet been used in the league (as of February 12, 2017), but once (no goal) in the 2017 Copa Libertadores .
