Santiago de Cassurrães is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Mangualde . The community had 1221 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Santiago de Cassurrães and Póvoa de Cervães were merged to form the new community União das Freguesias de Santiago de Cassurrães e Póvoa de Cervães . Santiago de Cassurrães is the seat of this newly formed community.
