Viseu Dão-Lafoes

Viseu Dão-Lafões is a statistical sub-region of Portugal . It is part of the Região Centro and for the most part belongs to the Viseu district . Furthermore, a district of the Guarda district belongs to the sub-region. The neighboring subregions are Tâmega e Sousa and Douro in the north, Beiras e Serra da Estrela in the east, Região de Coimbra in the south, Baixo Vouga in the west and the metropolitan region of Porto in the north-west .
