Santiago de Litém is a place and a former municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Pombal . The community had 2241 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Santiago de Litém, São Simão de Litém and Albergaria dos Doze were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Santiago e São Simão de Litém e Albergaria dos Doze . Santiago de Litém is the seat of this newly formed community.
