Santiago de Riba-Ul is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Oliveira de Azeméis . The community had 3952 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Santiago de Riba-Ul, were Ul , Macinhata since Seixa , Madail and Oliveira de Azeméis the new municipality União the Freguesias de Oliveira de Azeméis, Santiago de Riba-Ul, Ul, Macinhata since Seixa e Madail together .
