The Saparevo Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Сапарево lednik Saparewo ) is a glacier on Smith Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows from the northwest slopes of the Imeon Range north of Mount Christi to Vedena Cove .
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after the town of Saparevo in southwestern Bulgaria .
