The Vedena Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Ведена saliw Wedena ) is a 1.73 km wide and 0.56 km long bay on the northwest coast of Smith Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located west of Delyan Point .
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it that same year after the Wedena River in western Bulgaria .
