The Sara-Stift , postal address Bergstraße 9 , is a listed building in the Ennepetal district of Voerde . The building was erected in 1893, was the seat of the Voerder Rectorate School until 1896 and now houses a meeting place for children and young people and an internet café .

The building is a two-story brick house in Biedermeier style. In addition to the gable and roof ridges are staggered several times, the white plastered main gable has corridor windows on both sides. Later additions are only leaning against the main building in the shape of the roof.

The gable roof has a shingle roof made of bitumen , on the gable sides the house has verge cladding and decorated purlins . On the eaves side , the building has a wide cornice with year of construction entries and different window coronations with neo-Gothic arches on the first floor and simple segments on the ground floor, which were designed with cantilevered clinker bricks of different colors . The windows are partly preserved lattice windows, but partly new windows without muntin division with skylight .
