Sarah Berger
Sarah Berger (born July 23, 1985 in Timișoara ) is a German-Romanian writer , photographer and feminist .
Life
Growing up in Karlsruhe, after graduating in philosophy from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg , Berger moved to Berlin, where she works as a freelance writer, blogger and photographer. She regularly initiates readings by young writers in the WerkStadt Neukölln . The focus of Berger's work is the conflict between the self and the other as well as the possibility of communication when the self represents the idea of the self in the other.
Since 2009 she has been writing @milch_honig with a feminist impetus between reality and fiction on Twitter . In 2017, Berger graduated from the Berlin Technical Art College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography . In the same year she made her debut with the book Match Deleted. Tinder Shorts in Frohman publishing . In 2019 Sarah Berger was invited by the Goethe-Institut to the Gothenburg Book Fair, where she positioned herself on the topics of gender equality and media awareness.
