meaning

Satanic Rites was one of the most extreme releases of the metal underground. Metalion , editor of Slayer - fanzines , came at the age of 16 years with the inclusion into contact and sees them as still the best publication in extreme metal. Frank Stöver, editor of Voices from the Darkside , came across the underground scene through Satanic Rites and in 1993 recommended the purchase of the bootleg re-release in his fanzine . Songs like Revelations of Doom , Satanic Rites and Triumph of Death are considered "groundbreaking classics of very early Black Metal ".
