Satoshi Yokoyama ( Japanese 横山 聡 Yokoyama Satoshi ; born February 14, 1980 in Yamaguchi Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Yokoyama learned to play soccer on the school team at Tatara Gakuen High School and the university team at Waseda University . He signed his first contract in 2001 with the Omiya Ardija . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2004 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 League and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club he completed 94 league games. In 2006 he moved to the second division club Shonan Bellmare . For the club he completed 36 league games. In 2007 he moved to third division club Tochigi SC . In 200 he was runner-up in the Japan Football League with the club . For the club he completed 53 league games. In 2009 he moved to league competitor TDK (today: Blaublitz Akita). For the club he completed 59 league games. At the end of 2010 he ended his career as a football player.
