Saurom (formerly also known as Saurom Lamderth ) is a Spanish music group that was founded in 1996 in San Fernando , Andalusia .
style
The band's special musical style, which combines different types of metal music, is called "juglar metal" and is a mixture of heavy metal , folk metal and power metal . The lyrics are mostly based on Spanish legends, poems, romantic tales and other traditional stories, although some songs on the Sombras del Este album also have events from JRR Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings as their theme.
