The Schönebürgstadion is a football stadium with an athletics facility and is located near the Volksfestplatz in the Baden-Württemberg city ​​of Crailsheim . The Franconian Folk Festival takes place there every year . The site was built in 1976 at a price of 2.28 million marks. It was considered ultra-modern at the time.
