Scharbin (also sherbin, shirbin , Arabic شربين) is a village in the Ad-Daqahliyya Governorate in the Nile Delta in northern Egypt . It is located about 22 kilometers northeast of the city of al-Mansura on the west bank of the Nile . The administrative center of the governorate is located in Bilqas Qism, about 16 kilometers west of Schrbin . The main source of income for the inhabitants is agriculture.
