Treasury of gallant literature
The treasure trove of gallant literature is a book series that was published in twelve volumes between 1964 and 1965 by Kala-Verlag in Hamburg .
With these twelve works, some of the classics of libertine were again made accessible to the reader. They appeared in various editions, such as leather , half leather and in a simple cardboard edition. The texts were based on existing translations by Ludwig von Brunn, Heinrich Conrad and Helmuth Leonhardt. The editions were illustrated by Otto Clevé , Eric Godal and Robert Preyer, among others .
