Veronika Schlueter-Stoll

Veronika Schlueter-Stoll (born January 11, 1924 in Berlin ; † December 4, 2002 in Wedel ) was a German sculptor .

Schlüter-Stoll was born in Berlin and studied there at the Hochschule der Künste (HdK) with Karl Hartung in Berlin, among others . She became a member of the German Association of Artists and took part in the DKB annual exhibitions in Berlin in 1957 and in the Kunsthalle Baden-Baden in 1960. In the same year she moved to Hamburg , where she received various public-sector commissions as part of the newly created state commitment to art in buildings .

In the 1980s she increasingly began to work as a freelance sculptor. This is how many sculptures were created that were shown in the annual exhibitions in her workshop.

She was buried in the Ohlsdorf cemetery on the Koch / Stoll family grave in grid square L15 (east of the southern pond , west of the ring road ).
