Schmorkau is a district of the city of Oschatz in the district of North Saxony in Saxony .

Geography and transport links

Schmorkau is located east of the city center of Oschatz. The S 28 runs south and the B 6 runs a little further south . The Döllnitz , a left tributary of the Elbe, flows on the western edge of the village . The church is located in the center of the village on an elevation.
