The house Schulstraße 10 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The residential building registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located on the south side of Schulstrasse in the north-eastern part of the historic Quedlinburg old town. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Schulstrasse 9 to the east .

Architecture and history

The three-story half - timbered house was built according to a building inscription in 1702. In the 18th or 19th century, the first floor was converted. The compartments received decorative lining. The front door of the building dates from the early 19th century and is designed in the style of classicism .
