The house is located in the Lochhausen district of Munich, directly north of the St. Michael parish church . The two-story building is a single ridge courtyard with a wide gable roof . Its core dates back to after 1842 and is the only remaining remnant of the original agricultural development in the center of Lochhausen. The former residential part faces south and faces the church, the converted business part faces north.
