The Black Pyramid is one of the Outback Nunatakkers in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises from the ice masses on the edge of the northern polar plateau immediately north of Mount Chadwick .
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX IV (1984–1985) gave it a descriptive name.
