The Swiss university championship in handball 2018 is the 16th edition of the Swiss university championship for men. The University of Basel as the defending champion did not take part.

Preliminary round

The preliminary round consists of a group of 5 teams that played in the " everyone against everyone " mode with one game each for the final round. In the event of a tie, the better goal difference decides.

Final round

The first of the preliminary round played against the fourth and the second against the third in the semi-finals.

The two losers of the semi-finals played the small final and the winners played the final.
