Swiss floorball championship 2013/14 women

The 2013/14 Swiss women's floorball championship was the 28th season of the women's floorball championship.

At the National League A participate 8 teams, with the first four coming into the playoffs and determines the final two teams in a Playoutpartie who play against the playoff champion of the National League B for the league needs. The National League B contained eight clubs, of which, however, after the withdrawal of UHC Thun, only seven competed for the championship.

Thus, Piranha Chur is Swiss champion after winning four games in the playo final against UHC Dietlikon.

Playouts

The playouts consist of one game, namely the seventh against the eighth place. It is played in the best-of-five mode, with the loser of the game taking part in the promotion / relegation games.

In the promotion / relegation games, the playout loser of the NLA has to compete in a best-of-five series against the playoff winner of the National League B.

The playoffs were played in the best-of-five mode. The winner of the NLB playoffs is entitled to take part in the promotion / relegation games against the loser of the NLA playouts.

Promotion / Relegation playoffs

Since UHC Thun has withdrawn its team from National League B, there were no promotion / relegation playoffs. The winner of the 1st league playoffs, UHC Domat-Ems , was thus directly promoted.
