Swiss floorball championship 2012/13 women

The Swiss floorball championship 2012/13 for women is the 27th season of the floorball championship for women.

Eight teams take part in the Swiss Mobiliar League , with the first four going into the playoffs and the last two teams in a playout game determining who has to play against the playoff winners of National League B to stay up. The National League B contains eight clubs.

Thus, Piranha Chur Swiss champion after beating five games in the playoff final against UHC Dietlikon.

Promotion / Relegation SML / NLB

Since the Bern Capitals and Burgdorf Wizards merged for the 2013/14 season and then competed in the championship as Wizards Bern Burgdorf , a place became available in the Swiss Mobiliar League (or National League A again next season). Therefore there were no playouts in the NLA and the playoff winner of the National League B, Skorpion Emmental Zollbrück , rose directly to the National League A.

The playouts consist of one game, namely the seventh against the eighth place. It is played in the best-of-five mode.

The promotion / relegation playoffs consisted of a best-of-five series between the last place in the NLB and the winner of the first division playoffs.
