Scott Franklin

Scott Franklin (born 20th century in New York City , New York ) is an American film producer .

Career

Scott Franklin was born and raised in New York City.

Franklin's film career began in 1998 with the film Pi as an associate producer. For the film The Wrestler - Fame, Love, Pain , he and Darren Aronofsky received an Independent Spirit Award in the category of best film in 2009 . In the same constellation, Aronofsky and Franklin, they received another Independent Spirit Award in the same category in 2011 for the psychological thriller Black Swan . Franklin received an Oscar nomination for this film at the 2011 Academy Awards for Best Picture . The award was given to the team for the film The King's Speech . The film was also nominated at the BAFTA Awards 2011 , but it was also empty.

It was followed by Noah , Jackie: The First Lady and Mother! in which Franklin was a producer.
