Sebastian Hohenthal

Sebastian Hohenthal (born November 5, 1984 in Mora ) is a Swedish racing driver .

Hohenthal was active in karting from 1993 to 2000 . In 2001 he switched to formula racing and started in the Nordic and Swedish Formula Ford , in which he was active for a total of three years. In 2003 the Swede won the championship title in both series and was also champion in the winter championship of the British Formula Ford. In 2004, Hohenthal also competed in the regular season of the British Formula Ford and came third in the overall standings. In 2005 Hohenthal switched to Fortec Motorsport , for which he was active in various racing series until 2008. After Hohenthal finished fourth overall in the British Formula Renault in 2005 , he won the championship title the following season. In 2007 the Swede moved to the British Formula 3 championship . With a win at Brands Hatch , he finished ninth in the overall standings. In 2008 Hohenthal stayed in the British Formula 3 championship. After it became obvious that Hohenthal could no longer win the championship, the Swede decided to withdraw from the series six races before the end of the season in order to save money. At the end of the season he finished seventh overall with a win.

In 2009 Hohenthal started in the revived Formula 2 . After Hohenthal started the season with great ambitions, he took the first points in Donington after he couldn't score any points in the first half of the season and finished 16th overall at the end of the season.

Hohenthal has so far done without a manager and takes on this task himself.
