Sebastian Müller-Franconia

Sebastian Müller-Franken (* 1963 ) is a German legal scholar. Since 2006 he has been Professor of Public Law at the Philipps University in Marburg .

Life

From 1985 to 1990 he studied at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1996 he received his doctorate from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz . In 1995 he became a research assistant at the University of Passau, where he completed his habilitation in 2002. From 2005 to 2006 he taught public law and tax law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . Since the summer semester of 2006 he has been a full professor of public law at the Philipps University of Marburg.

In his research, Sebastian Müller-Franken particularly the dedicated state law , the constitutional law including the financial constitutional law , the General Administrative Law and the General Tax Law .
