Sebastian Manhart (born July 4, 1975 in Salzburg ) is a former Austrian handball player .

Career

The 1.84 meter tall outside player has played his entire career for Bregenz handball . With the Vorarlberg team , he won the Austrian Championship four times and the Austrian Cup three times. From 2002 to 2005 he was team captain.

With Bregenz he played 32 times in the European Cup. In the 2000/01 and 2001/02 seasons he was in the squad of the Austrian national team.

Professional

One year after his career ended in 2005, the lawyer and business economist worked as a team manager and office manager at Bregenz Handball (June 2006 to June 2008). Since March 2013 he has been head of the Olympiazentrum Vorarlberg (Sportservice Vorarlberg).

Personal

His great-grandfather was the ski pioneer Sepp Bildstein . His grandmother's second husband was the mountaineer and cartographer Erwin Schneider .
