Sechrist Ridge is a narrow, rocky and 5 km long mountain ridge in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Saint Johns Range , it branches off in a north-easterly direction from a ridge immediately east of Mount Evans and ends 1.5 km east of Mount Bevilacqua .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2008 after cartographer Daniel Robert Sechrist of the United States Geological Survey , who worked in the Antarctic dry valleys from November to December 2004 .
