Sechta Epanastaton

Sechta Epanastaton ( Greek Σέχτα Επαναστατών ; sect of the revolutionaries ) is a militant underground organization of the radical left in Greece , which appeared publicly through several violent, sometimes fatal attacks and attacks. The group is considered a terrorist organization by the United States Department of State .

  • On July 19, 2010, the journalist Sokratis Giolias was hit by 15 bullets and killed in front of his house in the Athens suburb of Ilioupolis .
