Second Relation is an Austrian progressive rock band that was founded in 2007.

history

The band was founded in 2007 by the current band members. In 2009 they released their debut album Lynette , which was named “Demo of the Month” by Metal Hammer in the “Heroes of Tomorrow” category (November 2009). After the release, the band won the New Blood Award 2009 and thereby opened the Summer Breeze Open Air 2009. At the end of 2012, the second album Abiona was released . After the release of Abiona, other concerts followed with bands such as Funeral for a Friend , Dragonforce , Sepultura and The Sorrow

In 2014 Second Relation got a record deal with Long Branch Records / SPV. The third album Eno was released on September 23, 2016 . In 2017 the band opened the Night of the Prog Festival.
