Sega Touring Car Championship ( Japanese セ ガ ツ ー リ ン グ カ ー チ ャ ン ピ オ ン シ ッ プ ) is an arcade game developed by Sega's in-house studio AM3. The racing game is part of the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) series .
Gameplay
The player takes on the role of a racing driver who takes part in the German Touring Car Championship in 1995 with a vehicle of his choice. Typical for arcade games is the rather strict time limit, which can only be increased by completing a round. Ultimately, the goal of the game is to achieve a good high score .
The port for the Sega Saturn has been extended compared to the arcade version; In addition to the 1995 DTM season, it also includes the 1996 International Touring Car Championship (ITC) . There are also additional vehicles.
