Glider weather report
Glider weather reports are weather reports for glider pilots , paragliders and hang gliders that are provided by the German Weather Service .
They are distributed via pc_met , INFOMET , www.wetter.com and via a fax server and are updated from March 1 to October 31 of each year at 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CEST / CET .
The following aspects are the content of a glider weather report:

- Clouds and precipitation
- Thermals
- Thermal beginning
- Daily maximum temperature
- Thermal end
- weather-effective barrier layers
- Ground view
- Zero degree limit
- Ground and altitude winds with direction and speed
- High temperatures
- Notes and warnings
- QNH
- Outlook for the following day
