The Segona Divisió 2005/06 was the seventh season of the second highest football league in Andorra . The regular season began on September 24, 2005 and ended on March 12, 2006. The promotion round was carried out from March 19 to April 30, 2006.

At the end of the season, the first in the table rose and the second-placed still had the chance to rise through a relegation game against the seventh of the Primera Divisió .
