The Segona Divisió 2018/19 was the 20th season of the second highest football league in Andorra . It started on September 15, 2018 and ended on May 19, 2019.

Each team initially played against each other twice; once at home and once away. Then the best six teams qualified for the promotion round, in which reserve teams are not allowed. The points from the preliminary round were carried over to the promotion round. The first rose directly, the runner-up played against the penultimate of the Primera Divisió for promotion. FC Jenlai withdrew before the start of the season.
