The Segona Divisió 2008/09 was the tenth season of the second highest football league in Andorra . It began on September 20, 2008 and ended on March 21, 2009. The promotion round was conducted from March 28 to May 3, 2009

At the end of the season, the first in the table rose and the second-placed still had the chance to rise through a relegation game against the seventh of the Primera Divisió .
