Seiji Kawakami ( Japanese 川 上 盛 司 Kawakami Seiji ; born June 20, 1995 in Tochigi Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kawakami learned to play football in the youth team of Kashima Antlers and the university team of Sendai University . He signed his first contract with Fukushima United FC in 2017 . The club played in the third highest league in the country, the J3 League . He played two league games for the club. In 2018 he moved to Tochigi SC . In 2018 he was loaned to third division team Fujieda MYFC . For the club he completed 16 league games. In 2019 he was loaned to third division club SC Sagamihara . For the club he completed 31 league games. In 2020 he moved to Australia for Wollongong United FC .
