Seladaloura is a hamlet in the municipality of Vegadeo in the autonomous region of Asturias in Spain .

Seladaloura is located near the Rio Suaron , a tributary of the Rio Eo and has 25 inhabitants (2011) on an area of 27.87 km². The next larger town is Vegadeo , the main town of the municipality of the same name, 13 km away. The village belongs to the Parroquia Meredo .
