Semargl is a Ukrainian metal - band that in 1997 in Kiev was established.
history
The band was formed in 1997 in Kiev, Ukraine, with a focus on death metal and black metal music. In 1999 they joined a studio for the first time and made their first demo recording . In 2005 her first album, Attack on God, was released . Between 2011 and 2012 she changed her style to satanic pop metal .
Style and themes
Initially, the band played largely a mix of Black Metal and Death Metal . Between 2011 and 2012 they changed their style to a less extreme sounding. They call their new style of music satanic pop metal . Several elements such as aggressive growling , erotic female voices, electronic pop dance music, industrial beats and various rock and metal interludes are mixed together on the guitar. Typical themes in her songs are satanism, darkness , war , sex , love , feelings and an anti-religious attitude.
