The Semmel-Verlach was a publishing house founded in 1981 by Winfried (Winni) Bartnick . The first and initially only draftsman and author of the later legendary comic and cartoon publisher was Rötger Feldmann . The publishing house existed until 1993.

Several publications, namely the "Werner" series, continued to appear in the Achterbahn Verlag, founded in 1991 by Rötger Feldmann .
