Sergio Ala
Sergio Ala (* 1915 Bologna ; † 1943 Montagnola ) was an Italian composer, singer and pianist.
Life
He was born Antonio Moretti in Bologna and was the brother of the poet Mario Moretti . He worked as a composer, singer, pianist, lyricist and translator and was a singing teacher at the radio station Ente Italiano per le Audizioni Radiofoniche (EIAR) in Bologna. His songs were u. a. popularized by Tino Rossi .
