Serkan Inan (born November 5, 1986 in Sundbyberg , Sweden ) is a Swedish basketball player . He plays for Allmänna Idrottsklubben (AIK) in the second highest Swedish league. Before that he played for several teams in the Turkish basketball league.

Life

Serkan Inan began his sporting career with the Solna Vikings in 2003. He played two seasons for the club. Inan then signed a contract with Fenerbahçe for the 2005/2006 season. He played two seasons for the club and left it in the 2008/2009 season with Kepez Belediyesi towards Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi (BB). From July 2009 Inan was used for the club and spent the 2009/2010 season there. On December 1st, he signed a contract with Oyak Renault in Bursa. His international professional career began in 2011. He returned to the Swedish club Solna Vikings. From August 17, 2013 he will play for the Swedish club Stockholm Eagles.

Ikan was a member of the Swedish national basketball team . He made his debut on August 1, 2006 against Denmark. By 2010 he played 58 games for the Swedish national team, in which he scored 122 points. In addition, there were a total of 31 missions for the U 16, U 18 and U 20 national teams of Sweden.

Personal

His brother Erkan is a professional basketball player. They played together for Solna Vikings in the 2003-2004 season.
