Sextilius
Sextilius was the gentile name of a plebeian family ( gens Sextilia ) in the ancient Roman Empire .
A member of the family, Gaius Sextilius , appears in the sources for the first time as a consular tribune in the 4th century , although the traditions from these early centuries of Rome are rather legendary. Later sextiliers appear in various places, especially in the 1st century BC. And in the 1st century AD
