Sexual delinquency

As sexual delinquency , the inclination must be criminally geahndetem sexual behavior , such as exhibitionism , sexual assault , sexual abuse or rape . In some countries of the world, homosexuality , sexual practices of BDSM and other deviances are or were considered delinquency .

Various areas are currently being investigated regarding the question of which mental disorders can have functional significance for the occurrence of sexual delinquency. These are "primarily personality disorders, impulse control disorders, paraphilias , social phobias and affective disorders, alcohol and drug problems as well as smaller groups of people who can be suspected of having organic backgrounds for sexual deviance."

Therapies are often involuntary.
