Shōta Matsuhashi ( Japanese 松 橋 章 太 Matsuhashi Shōta ; born August 3, 1982 in Nagasaki Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Matsuhashi learned to play soccer on the school team at Kunimi High School . He signed his first contract in 2001 with the Ōita Trinita . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2002 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . For the club, he completed 118 league games. In 2008 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . For the club, he completed 13 first division games. In 2010 he moved to the second division Roasso Kumamoto . For the club he completed 38 league games. In 2012 he moved to third division club V-Varen Nagasaki . In 2012 he was with the club champion of the Japan Football League and rose to the J2 League. At the end of 2013, he ended his career as a football player.
