Shūhei Kawata ( Japanese 川田 修 平 Kawata Shūhei ; born April 5, 1994 in the Fukaya ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Kawata learned to play football in the youth team of Omiya Ardija . He signed his first contract with Omiya Ardija in 2013. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2014 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2016 he moved to third division team Tochigi SC . In 2018 he was loaned to the league competitor Fujieda MYFC . In August 2018 he returned to the second division Tochigi SC.
