Shūto Kōno ( Japanese 幸 野 志 有人 Kōno Shūto ; born May 4, 1993 in Edogawa ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kono learned to play football at JFA Academy Fukushima . He signed his first contract with FC Tokyo in 2010 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2011 he was loaned to the second division club Ōita Trinita . For the club he completed 18 league games. In 2012 he returned to FC Tokyo. For the club, he completed three top division games. In August 2012 he was loaned to the second division club FC Machida Zelvia . For the club he completed 15 league games. In 2013 he was loaned to the second division club V-Varen Nagasaki . For the club he completed 32 league games. In 2014 he returned to FC Tokyo. In August 2014 he was loaned to the second division team JEF United Chiba . He played 13 league games for JEF. In 2015 he returned to FC Tokyo. In June 2016 he was loaned to the second division club Renofa Yamaguchi FC . For the club he completed eight league games. In 2017 he moved to the second division club V-Varen Nagasaki. In 2017 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the first division. At the end of the 2018 season, the club was relegated back to the second division. For the club he completed 32 league games. In 2020 he moved to Sydney Olympic in Australia .
